摘要
随着我国市场经济的开放程度和市场化进程的日益深化,我国企业融入全球经济共同体的步伐将不断加快,依法治企、依法发展的理念逐步获得企业认同,由此导致企业法务人才需求旺盛。然而,企业对法科学生的企业法务从业素养的评价并不高,法科学生在企业法务岗位就业的比例较低。高校应在"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"的实施中,从企业法务人才所需的素养出发,创新实践卓越企业法务人才培养模式。
With the increasingly intensification of the Marketization and the degree of openness of China's market economy, Chinese enterprises integrated into the global economy faster and faster. Administering anddeveloping by rule of law is gradually recognized by enterprises, so their demands for legal talents are increasing. However, most enterprises actually don't have high opinion of law major students' competence and capability inlegal business and it's also difficult for those students to find a position in enterprises that mentioned before. We should take "Cultivation of Outstanding Legal Talents Training Programs" as guide and start from theimprovement of competence and capability of legal talents in enterprise to solve the problem of cultivation of outstanding legal talents in enterprise thoroughly and creatively.
