高职教育人才培养目标的历史演变与科学定位——兼论培养高适应性职业化专业人才

Historical Development and Reasonable Positioning of Talent Cultivation Goal of Higher Vocational Education——Concurrently on cultivation of professionally specialized talents with high adaptabilities

在我国高职教育发展的不同历史阶段,职业教育人才培养目标曾出现技术型、技能型、实用型、技术技能型等不同表述。在对技术型与技能型人才、技术与人文、层次与类型等关系探讨的基础上,对我国高职教育人才培养目标问题进行了理论与实践层面的分析,提出"高适应性职业化专业人才"的定位思考。

There were different expressions for the goal of talent cultivation of higher vocational education, such as technical type, skilled type, practical type, technical and skilled type and so on, in different historical phases. Based on a discussion of the relationship between talents of technical type and skilled type, technology and humanity, levels and types, issues on goal of talent cultivation of higher vocational education are analyzed theoretically and practically, and the new positioning of professionally specialized talents with high adaptabilities is raised.
