高职教育的文化责任与担当

On the Cultural Responsibility of the Advanced Polytechnic Education

高职教育作为伴随着工业化进程而发展起来的一种高等教育类型,回应并服务于工业化进程中社会文化发展的需要,是其基本责任。技职文化薄弱以及工业化进程中价值标准的缺失,迫切要求我国的高职教育以"高等性"统领"职业性",集技职领域先进文化之大成,实现"文化育人",担当文化责任。我国的高职院校首先应树立文化自信,提升文化自觉,深刻认识自身的文化责任;通过整合文化资源,提升文化品位,推动技职文化的不断发展并实现文化育人。

The basic responsibility of advanced polytechnic education is responses and serves the cultural develop needs during industrialization. The weak of vocational culture and lack of standards and values badly needed the command of ＂higher character＂ to the ＂vocational character＂ of advanced polytechnic education. That means the polytechnic colleges should first set up cultural confidence and improve cultural consciousness, profound understanding of the culture of their own responsibility, then integration of cultural resources and to promote the quality of culture, to oromote cultural development and realize cultural education.
