Mass Concrete Construction Technology for Ultra-large-diameter and Ultra-long Manual Excavated Pile

结合深圳市汉国城市商业中心桩基础工程,介绍了超大直径超深人工挖孔桩混凝土的施工方案选择,从施工准备、原材料控制、施工措施等方面重点阐述了挖孔桩大体积混凝土浇筑的关键技术。对测温记录进行了分析,结果表明,养护结果满足设计要求,温度裂缝得到有效控制,保证了工程质量。

Based on the pile foundation construction of Shenzhen Hanguo Civil Commercial Center Project,the mass concrete construction plan for ultra-large-diameter and ultra-long manual excavated piles is introduced.The key technologies of mass concrete pouring are illustrated such as preparation before construction,control of raw material and construction measures.The analysis of temperature measurement shows that the concrete curing met the design requirement,the cracks were effectively controlled,and the construction quality was satisfactory.
