摘要
新建宁波铁路枢纽北环线甬江左线特大桥P6号主墩钻孔灌注桩,设计桩径3.0m,有效桩长132m,实际钻孔深度140m,是在滨海地区进行的超长大直径钻孔灌注桩的典型代表,对其关键环节进行质量控制,确保其能够高质量高标准的完成。基于工程实例,分别从成孔、钢筋笼的制作与安放以及水下混凝土灌注3个方面对超长大直径钻孔灌注桩的质量控制进行了较为全面的总结,为以后在类似地区进行超长大直径钻孔灌注桩的施工积累了宝贵的经验。
The P6 main piers of the Yongjiang Bridge left lane in new Ningbo railway is a typical representative of super-long and large-diameter bored piles in the coastal areas,with its designed 3.0m pile diameter,132m effective length,and 140m actual drilling depth.So it is necessary to focus on the quality control for the key links to ensure the completion of this project in high quality and high standards.Based on engineering practice,this paper made a comprehensive summary about the quality control of super-long and large-diameter bored piles from three aspects of hole-forming,fabrication and installing of the reinforcement cage,and underwater concrete grouting.This project provided valuable experience for the construction of super-long and large-diameter bored piles in similar areas in the future.
