摘要
介绍了多参考传递路径分析方法的基本理论和整车路面载荷提取试验及分析流程。以某乘用车为分析对象,采用多参考传递路径(TPA)和主分量分析方法建立了路面噪声的结构传递路径分析模型,运用逆矩阵法获取了整车路面载荷激励力,同时拟合出了车内目标点的噪声结果,并将拟合结果与试验结果进行了比对,两者有着良好的一致性,从而验证了载荷提取结果的真实有效性,可以作为后续NVH仿真分析的边界输入条件。
This paper simply introduces the basic theory of the Multi-Reference Transfer Path Analysis method and the vehicle road load extraction test and analysis process of vehicle.A passenger vehicle was used as the analysis object.By using Multi-Reference TPA method and Principal Component Analysis(PCA) method,the structural Transfer Path Analysis model of the vehicle road noise was established.Through inverse matrix method,the vehicle road loads excitation force was obtained,and then the interior target noise results was synthesized.Finally,compared the synthesized results with the measurement results,it is found that the two results had good consistency.This validated the load extraction force accuracy.The loads can be used as CAE input conditions for the subsequent NVH simulation analysis.
