摘要
介绍了潜在失效模式和后果分析(FMEA)方法及在汽车焊装夹具设计中的基本应用。通过应用DFMEA分析方法,对汽车后行李箱焊装夹具的最初设计方案进行可靠性评价。依据评价结果提出并实施改进措施,提高了焊装夹具的设计质量,缩短研发周期,降低设计成本。
This article describes the method of potential failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA) and its basic application in automotive welding fixture design.By using DFMEA analysis method,the reliability of original car trunk welding fixture design can be evaluated.Based on the results of the evaluation,the improvement measures can be proposed and implemented,so that the quality of welding fixture design can be improved,the development cycle and the design costs can also be shortened or reduced.
