摘要
本文对国产与进口两种聚醚型氨纶进行了不同温度与拉伸率下的热定型试验,进而研究了热定型对它们的动态粘弹性的影响规律。结果表明:利用动态粘弹谱能很好地反映氨纶纤维中存在着特有的微相分离及热定型条件对氨纶微结构变化的影响。
Heat setting tests are carried out for both domestic and imported polyurethane fibre of polyether type under different tempera- tures and elongation rate,then the influential factors of heat setting on the dynamic viscoelasticity of the fibre are studied.The test results show that the dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum can well reflect the characteristic microphase separation existing in the polyurethane fibre,as well as the microstructural change of the fibre caused by different heat setting conditions.
