摘要
本文继续上期学报中关于数学模型(Ⅰ)的结果与讨论,依据实验和计算结果,研究纺丝线上流变力的分布以及各种力与丝条通过纺丝线所停留时间的关系;还解析、讨论了高速纺丝时,丝条在纺丝线上的弹性效应——这种弹性效应影响直径和丝速的在线(纺丝线)分布,它关系到卷绕筒管的机械设计,也影响高结晶纤维的硬弹性结构的形成。
This paper is a continuation of the conclusion and discus- sion about mathematical model(Ⅰ)in the serial article appeared on the previous issue of this journal.Based on the experiment and calculation, the distribution of rheology force along spinning line and the relation between various forces and the retention time of fibers in passing through the spinning line were discussed.The elastic effect of fiber on spinning line during high speed spinning was analysed and discussed. This elastic effect has an influence on the distribution of diameter and velocity of fiber on spinning line,it relates to the design of wind bobbin,and affects the formation of hard elastic structure of high crystal- line fiber.
