当前我国以公共服务为主要内容的政府绩效评估体系尚未形成,绩效考评还存在着诸多问题。借鉴国外相关经验和做法,推进我国政府绩效考评的科学化和制度化,对于加速转变政府职能,建设服务型政府具有极为重要的意义。

The government performance evaluation system involving of public service has not been formed at present,and there are still many problems in it.Drawing lessons from foreign experiences and practices to promote our government performance evaluation in science and system is very important for us to accelerate the transformation of government functions and build service government.
