摘要
提出采用IBM—PC计算机多因素调优的MSM法进行离子浮选分光光度法富集,测定水中痕量硫化物;建立了富集和测定的最优化条件,确定硫离子浓度的线性范围为0.002~0.04mg/L,回收率在92%—99%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.3%,S^(2-)离子的检出限为0.5μg/L。结果表明:此方法是可行的,重现性好,精密度和回收率均取得满意结果。
This paper deals with ion flotation spectrophotomtric detrmination of trace amount sulfide ion in water with modified simplex method (MSM) of multifactor optimiztion control by means of IBM-PC computer. The optimization condition of enrichment and determination can be obtained. The determining range of linearity of sulfide ion concentration was 0. 002-0. 04mg/L. The recovery ratio of this method was 92%-99%, the relative standard deviation was less than 1.3%, and the limit of detection was 0.0005 mg/L. This method has a good feasibility. reproducibility, precision and satisfactory recovery ratio.
