摘要
提出了区别于传统的PSA反渗透膜成膜工艺的一种新工艺,即用室温蒸发和热处理步骤的成膜工艺。实验结果证明,当采用合适的铸膜液配方,在室温下经短时间(≤2min)蒸发后在高温下热处理,同样可以制得具有脱盐能力的PSA反渗透膜。
A new casting technology of PSA reverse osmosis membrane different from the conventional ones was shown and explained. The room temperature evaporation (less than two minutes) and hot shrinkage steps were used. The feasibility of this new technology used for the preparation of PSA reverse osmosis membrane was rerified.
