摘要
通过热力学计算及分析得出,高温铜液与环境中的水蒸气反应是铜及铜合金铸件形成针孔的主要原因。并提出了为消除针孔可采取的工艺措施。
Results of thermodynamic calculation and analysis show that the reaction between high temperature copper liquid and water vaper is the chief cause of pinhole formation in copper alloys The technological process of pinhole removal is proposed.
