高校招生实施多元录取的动因及策略刍议

A Study of the Causes and Strategies of Implementing the Multi-Level Matriculation System in College Admission

在高等教育大众化的时代背景下,我国现行的录取机制在实施过程中存在着学生个性难以全面体现、基础教育导向有些失偏、招生主体尚需自主、形式公平难掩事实不公等诸多弊端。探索实施多元录取,建立以统一考试为根基、以多样录取共存为表征、以综合评价为核心、以公平透明为保障的多元录取机制,是顺应时代要求的必然结果。

With the popularization of higher education nowadays, many a drawback has manifested itself in the current matriculation mechanism, for example, failing to identify the students＇ full potential and individual merits, indirectly leading high school education to the over- emphasis on exams, granting less autonomy to colleges and universities and achieving no real faimess for students with different potential. Therefore, it is of vital necessity to explore to establish a multi-level matriculation system in which the Comprehensive Evaluation Mechanism works together with the unified College Entrance Examination Mechanism and other supplementary selection methods under the guidance of the principle of being fair and transparent.
