深水套筒式连接器性能测试方法研究

Research of Test Method for Deepwater Collet Connector Performance

在对连接器工作环境、试验条件以及性能进行深入分析的基础上,提出了一整套深水套筒式连接器的测试方法,包括合格性测试、无损检测、载荷测试、工厂验收试验、扩展工厂验收试验及系统完整性试验等,对深水套筒式连接器的研究制造具有重要意义。

Based on the analysis of working environment, test conditions and capability of the collet connector,a series of deepwater collet connector tests are proposed in this paper,which include conformance testing, nondestructive testing （NDT）, load testing, factory acceptance test, extended factory acceptance test and system integrity test. Test purposes and test equipments for each test have been studied. This paper is of great significance to the manufacture of deepwater collet connector
