摘要
在深井钻探过程中,为满足51.7MPa(7 500psi)的泥浆注入压力,设计了F-1600H型泥浆泵L型液缸。通过工程分析软件Solideworks和ANSYS,对L型液缸的吸入缸和排出缸的承载能力进行有限元分析,得到吸入缸和排出缸的最大等效应力、最大主应力、最小主应力及第二主应力,并得出各个应力最大值所在的位置。分析结果表明:吸入缸和排出缸在51.7MPa(7 500psi)的工作压力下是安全可靠的。
For high pressure mud pump of F-1600H work at 51.7 MPa (7 500 psi),this new type of fluid end module L was designed,It's object meets more deep provides the strength analysis on fluid end module L of F-1600H petroleum drilling. This article high pressure mud pump,with software of Solideworks and ANSYS used,the equivalent stress was obtained. The analysis result shows that this module L was safe work under high pressure of 51.7 MPa (7 500 psi).
