摘要 针对油田所使用的有杆采油设备断续出油造成的设备利用率低、耗电量高、上下冲程中抽油杆交变载荷运行不平稳等诸多问题,研制了一种高效双向抽油机及配套抽油泵。该抽油机在上下冲程中,同步带动2台井下抽油泵运动,在1个循环工作周期内1台泵处于抽油状态,另1台泵处于吸油状态,实现井口连续出油。通过2台井下抽油泵同步反向运动使抽油机工作载荷平稳,达到连续抽油、小机型大冲程、平衡抽吸载荷、提高工作效率及设备利用率的目的。制作了高效双抽油机及井下配套抽油泵的试验样机,通过试验验证了设计的合理性与可行性。 In view of the oil field by the use of the rod production equipment of intermittent oil caused by the low utilization rate of equipment, high power consumption, up and down stroke sucker rod in alternating load operation is not smooth etc. An efficient bidirectional pumping units and supporting the oil well pump was developed. For realizing wellhead continuous delivery, this pimping unit synchronously drives two sets of downhole pump backward movement in the up and down stroke. One pump is in oil pumping condition, another pump in oil absorption state in a cycle working period. Through the two sets of downhole pump synchronous backward movement, pum- ping unit work load smooth, continuous sucker small type large stroke, balance suction load im- prove work efficiency and equipment utilization purpose were achieved. Efficient double beam pumping unit and downhole supporting pump test prototype was made,through test, the reason- ability and feasibility of the design were proven.
