摘要
为消除PDC钻头卡滑现象、提高难钻地层机械钻速,研制了SLTIDT型钻井提速工具。该工具与PDC钻头配合使用,形成一种新的钻井工程提速技术,在缩短钻井周期的同时,还能够稳定钻进过程,延长钻具寿命。采用流体动力学理论、3D虚拟设计技术与试验研究相结合的研制方法,SLTIDT型钻井提速工具室内试验寿命>150h。现场试验7口井,平均提速50%以上,完全满足设计要求,是一种经济高效的钻井提速工具。
The development of SLTIDT type fast drilling tool aims at eliminating stick-slip phe- nomenon of PDC bit, and improving ROP of the strata that hard to drill as well. Using the SLTIDT and PDC bit together is becoming a new fast drilling scheme, which can not only shorten the well construction period,but also stabilize drilling process and extend the life of drilling tool. 3D virtual design technology and fluid dynamics theory and experimental study are used in the de- sign of SLTIDT. And now,the SLTIDT,which working life is more than 150 h during indoor test using drilling fluid,fully meeting the design requirement. And it has been tested at 7 wells, they can improve ROP more than 50%. The SLTIDT is an economic and efficient fast drilling tool.
