摘要
针对油水井作业遇卡管柱需要切割来解除卡钻的问题,研制了小直径管内水力切割器。通过地面加压使液压马达带动切割工具旋转,底部喷嘴调节压差,活塞向上运行推动锥体使切割刀片伸出,高速旋转的刀片从内部切割油管。该工具不受井斜的限制,配备液压驱动扶正器、水力机械锚,可在直井、斜井、水平井任意井深位置切割遇卡管柱,操作简单方便。现场应用4井次,切割成功率100%。
Aiming at the problems of cutting the stuck freeing tubing for the oil wells workover sticking,the small-diameter inside tube hydraulic cutter has been developed. Hydraulic motor drives the rotation of the cutter through the ground pumping pressure, and the bottom nozzle ad- justs the differential pressure. The body of the cutting blade has been extended out by the piston upward running to promote the cone, which cuts tubing from the inside with high-speed rotating. Equipped with the centralizer of the hydraulic drive, hydraulic mechanical anchors, the tool can cut stuck freeing tubing in vertical wells, inclined and horizontal well in any depth position beyond the limit of hole deviation,and the operation is simple and convenient. This tool has the field applica- tion of four wells,and the successful rate of cutting was 100%.
