摘要 连续油管喷砂射孔压裂作业采用封隔器封隔井筒,具有工艺简单、时间成本低、效率高等优点。由于连续油管的一些局限性,连续油管压裂用封隔器的设计还需要解决一些技术问题,目前已有几家国外公司研制出性能可靠并拥有多年作业经验的连续油管喷砂射孔压裂用封隔器。介绍了其中一种膨胀比高、坐封可靠、寿命长、1次入井不限作业次数封隔器的结构与施工工艺。 Perforation and fracturing by coiled tubing string and isolated by packers have long been performed in completing oil and gas wells for production. It has features such as simple technolo- gy,short work time and high efficiency. However,design of packer for coiled tubing fracturing is one of the most important problems restricted its application. A few packers for coiled tubing frac- turing were invented with high reliability. In this paper, the structure and construction techniques for a new packer are introduced. It has the features of high expansion ratio,high reliability and no limit on isolating times.
