手术与中药内服外用治疗高位后蹄铁型肛周脓肿96例疗效观察

Surgery, Oral Administration and External Application of Chinese Herbs for High Posterior Horseshoe Shape Perianal Abscess：Clinical Observation of 96 Cases

为观察手术与中药内服外用治疗高位后蹄铁型肛周脓肿的临床效果，对96例高位后蹄铁型肛周脓肿患者均采用低切高挂虚线对口引流与中药内服外用方法治疗。观察其疗效及有无并发症和后遗症等。结果显示，96例患者均一次性治愈，随访0．5～3年，全部病例无肛门变形、移位、狭窄、失禁、漏气漏液等并发症和后遗症。结果表明，该方法具有治愈率高，疗程短，无复发，无并发症和后遗症等优点。

In order to observe the clinical efficacy of surgery combined with oral administration and exter- nal application of Chinese herbs for high posterior horseshoe shape perianal abscess,96 cases were treated with low incision and high loose thread-drawing contra-aperture drainage,oral administration and external application of Chinese herbs. All cases were observed for clinical efficacy, the presence or not of complica- tions and sequelae. The results showed that all 96 cases got cured after primary cured, after a 0.5-3 year follow-up,no complications and sequelae occurred, including anal deformation, displacement, stenosis, in- continence and liquid ~ air leakage. It is concluded that this method has the merits of high curative rate, short treatment course,without recurrence, complications and sequelae.
