金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴联合口服地奥司明片对痔与肛裂术后愈合的疗效观察

Therapeutic Efficacy Observation on Jinxuan Zhike Powder for Fuming ＆ Washing plus Oral Diosmin Tablets for Postoperative Healing of Hemorrhoids and Anal Fissure

为观察金玄痔科熏洗散、地奥司明片联合应用对痔与肛裂术后创缘水肿、疼痛、渗出、坠胀等症状的治疗效果，将300例痔、肛裂术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组150例。治疗组采用金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗坐浴，外涂马应龙麝香痔疮膏，口服地奥司明片；对照组采用1：5000PP液熏洗坐浴，外涂马应龙麝香痔疮膏。结果表明，金玄痔科熏洗散、地奥司明片联合应用对痔与肛裂术后创缘水肿、疼痛、渗出、坠胀等症状有明显缓解作用。

In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Jinxuan Zhike powder for fuming ＆ washing with oral Diosmin tablets for the symptoms as edema, pain, oozing, tenesmus, etc. following the surgery for hemor- rhoids and anal fissure, 300 surgical patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,150 cases for each. The former received Jinxuan Zhike powder for fuming and washing sitz bath, Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment for external application,and oral Diosmin tablets, while the latter PP solution （1 = 5000） for fuming ＆ washing sitz bath and Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment for external application. Results show that Jinxuan Zhike powder with oral Diosmin tablets can obviously alleviate postoperative edema,pain,oozing and tenesmus sensation.
