复方嗜酸乳杆菌片灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

fClinical Study on Enema with Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets for Ulcerative Colitis

为观察并评价复方嗜酸乳杆菌片灌肠对轻一中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效，将符合纳入标准的轻一中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者48例分为试验组22例和对照组26例。试验组采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片2g，研末加入生理盐水80ml，常规灌肠，每天1次；对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶片2g，研末加人生理盐水80ml，常规灌肠，每天1次。30d为1个疗程，分别记录并比较两组的临床症状、疾病活动指数（DAD评分、结肠镜检查及不良反应等指标。结果显示，完成试验者45例（试验组22例，对照组23例），试验组未见不良反应，对照组不良反应发生率为11．54％（3／26），试验组与对照组在结肠镜下表现、DAI评分及临床疗效等方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，复方嗜酸乳杆菌片灌肠治疗轻一中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎具有疗效确切、不良反应少等优点。

In order to observe and evaluate the clinical effects of enema with compound lactobacillus aci- dophilus tablets for active mild to moderate ulcerative colitis（UC）,forty-eight patients with active mild to moderate UC in accordance with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into trial group （ n =22） and con- trol group （ n = 26）. The former was received compond lactobacillus acidophilus tablets, 2.0g, pulverized, added with normal salt solution 80 ml,enema once per day,routinely,while the latter received SASP,2.0g, pulverized,added with normal salt solution 80 ml, enema once per day routinely. 30 days as one treatment course. Their clinical and endoscopic manifestations, disease active index （DAD, and adverse reactions were recorded and compared. The results showed that 45 patients completed the treatment （22 patients in trial group,23 patients in control group）. The incidence of adverse reaction in control group was 11.54% （3/ 26） ,no adverse events occurred in trial group. There were no statistical differences in terms of coloscopic examination,DAI score and clinical efficacy between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. It is concluded that enema with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets for active mild to moderate UC is of certain effects,less ad- verse reactions, et al.
