敷缆张力测控系统的研究

分析了在薄膜、薄板、细丝等生产过程中张力对产品质量的影响。阐述了海底敷缆过程中缆线张力状态可能带来对电缆性能的影响。本文从建立敷设过程中电缆形态的模型入手 ,对其张力进行了理论计算 ,并介绍了张力的实际测量方法 。

The effect of tension on the quality at the industrial process such as thin sheet,thin film,thin wire,and so on is analyzed.It elaborates the effect of cable status on laying character when cabling undersea.It builds the cable model in cabling and calculates the tension,introduces the way of measurement.It provides theory basis on auto adjustment of tension.
