摘要
对煤粉炉水冲炉渣及循环流化床锅炉脱硫灰的性质进行了全面分析,介绍了大掺量灰渣路面砖的产品配方、生产工艺和设备。当底料灰、渣掺量达到56%时,路面砖抗压强度达到40MPa、大块型路面砖抗折强度达到5MPa。讨论了实际生产中出现的问题及其解决方法。
The nature of pulverized coal flush slag and FGD residues are analyzed comprehensively. The product formulation, production process and equipment are introduced. When the mixing amount of ash and slag is up to 56%, the compressive strength of paving brick can reach 40 MPa; the flexural strength of chunk paver can reach 5 MPa. Production problems and their solutions are also discussed.
