摘要
本文提出了一种新型的锅炉补水变频调速控制系统,利用差压变送器检测锅炉汽包的水位,通过PID运算改变变频器频率,控制补水泵转速,实现恒水位控制.与传统的补水方式比较,具有性能可靠,运行成本低,节约能源的优点.
The paper deals with a new controlling system of frequency conversion controller for water feed of boiler by using ND frequency conversion and adjusting pump speed. It realizes constant-rate of pressure. The new system has advantages of stability, low cost and economy.
