摘要
以北京财富中心为例,介绍了超高层城市综合体的冷热源及空调末端方案。结合实际运行情况分析了空调技术方案对运行能耗、管理模式、物业维修的影响。总结了该类建筑的设计经验。
Taking Beijing Fortune Plaza as an example, presents the cold and heat sources and air conditioning terminal schemes for super high-rise city complex. Analyses the influence of air conditioning schemes on the operation energy consumption, management pattern and property maintenance with actual operation states and gives the authors＇ experience in designing this kind of buildings.
