摘要
碟形弹簧是压缩弹簧的一种,由于其具有结构简单、安装尺寸小、承载能力大、刚度可变等优点,在工业产品中应用相当广泛。主要阐述了碟形弹簧在大跨度可移动式建筑钢结构开合屋盖体系调节机构中的应用,并结合开合屋盖的荷载特点就碟形弹簧选型、计算做了具体的分析探讨。
Disc spring is a type of compression spring,as its advantages of simple structure,small installation dimensions,large bearing capacity,and variable stiffness,disc spring has been used in industrial products widely.The application of disc spring in the adjustment mechanism of retractable roof for large-span movable steel structure was elaborated.The calculation and type selection of the disc spring were discussed combining with the load of retractable roof.
