深基坑旁建筑物基础托换与加固

摘要 深基坑工程对邻近建筑物的影响,是一个难题。某地下工程开挖深基坑,旁边紧邻一栋7层混凝土框架结构建筑物,业主严格要求该建筑物不能产生沉降和水平位移。因此该项目采用了一系列技术措施:基坑采用土钉墙支护和水泥土桩帷幕止水,而建筑物采用人工挖孔灌注桩托换原基础,即采用将建筑物的荷载通过托换梁传递到人工挖孔灌注桩,再传递到深部稳定的基岩上的设计方法,不但提高了建筑基础承载力,而且避免了基坑位移对建筑物的损坏。施工中密切监测建筑基础的沉降和水平位移,保证了该建筑物的安全和正常使用。 It is a problem that neighboring buildings have been interfered by project of deep foundation pit. One project of deep foundation pit, which is next to a seven-floor concrete frame structure, will be excavated. The project uses a series of technology. The deep foundation pit uses soil nailing retaining wall and waterproof curtain of cement-soil pile. The adjacent structure uses method of manual holing pouring piles to underpin the original foundation and that is a design method to transfer the building load to manual holing pouring piles, then to transfer to the deep stable bed rock. This improves the foundation bearing capacity and avoids the damage of the adjacent structure caused by the foundation pit displacement. In the construction, the sedimentation and horizontal displacement of the adjacent structure must be closely monitored. It ensures security and normal use of the adjacent structures.
