本文分析了接布机的运行特点，采用了ＰＬＣ作为时序逻辑的控制，变频器用于运行速度的控制。本文重点讨论了系统的实现方法和步骤，实践证明，该系统结构简单，运行可靠，易于调整，便于推广和应用。
Based on the running feature of sewing machine, the PLC is used in control of sequence logical actions, and the Inverter is used in the controlof running speed of the main motor, The realization methods are mainly discussed in the article. It can be proved that the system structure is simple, runningreliable and adjusting easy. So the method can be widely used in the other areas.
