广西巴马瑶族自治县甲篆乡实施防艾村民自治工作效果评估

Performance evaluation on implementation of villagers' autonomy of HIV/AIDS prevention in Jiazhuan Town of Bama Yao Autonomous County

目的评价广西省巴马瑶族自治县甲篆乡实施预防艾滋病(下称防艾)村民自治工作效果,探索适合农村的防艾工作模式。方法群众自发组织成立防艾村民自治领导小组,实行村民自治,形成村民自我教育、自我管理、自我防范、自我保护的艾滋病防治机制。领导小组成员经过艾滋病防治知识培训后,实行分包责任制对村民进行艾滋病防治宣传教育工作,提高群众艾滋病防治知识知晓率,实施防艾村民自治工作前后进行问卷调查收集资料。结果实施防艾村民自治后村民对艾滋病的认知程度明显提高,个人行为有明显改变。结论在农村实施防艾村民自治工作模式,对提高农村群众艾滋病防治知识知晓率有显著效果。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the performance on implementation villagers＇ autonomy of HIV/AIDS prevention in Jiazhuan Town of Bama Yao Autonomous County, and explore the HIV/AIDS prevention mode in rural area. [ Methods] HIV/AIDS preven- tion villagers＇ autonomy leading group was organized spontaneously by masses. It helped villagers to form HIV/AIDS prevention mechanism of self-education, self-management, self-precaution and self-protection. After training for HIV/AIDS prevention and control knowledge, the members of the leading group implemented HIV/AIDS prevention propaganda and education with subcon- tracting responsibility to improve the rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge awareness, and they applied questionnaire survey before and after HIV/AIDS prevention villagers＇ autonomy work. [ Results] The implementation of villagers＇ autonomy of HIV/AIDS prevention could obviously improve the awareness level of HIV/AIDS among villagers, and their personal behavior was changed significantly. [ Conclusion ] The implementation of villagers＇ autonomy of HIV/AIDS prevention mode in rural area has significant effect on awareness level of rural masses＇ HIV/AIDS knowledge
