Determination of yellow phosphorus in workplace air by wide bore capillary column gas chromatography

摘要 目的探讨国产大口径毛细柱火焰光度气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中有毒物质黄磷的含量。方法按GBZ 159-2004(工作场所空气中有害物质监测)中的规定进行采样,大口径毛细柱火焰光度气相色谱法测定。结果方法的检出限0.02μg/ml,日内精密度1.29%,日间精密度3.84%;加标回收率104.9%,相关系数r=0.999 6。结论方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单,适用于工业场所日常监测。 [ Objective] To study the wide bore capillary column flame-photometric gas chromatography for determination of yellow phosphorus in workplace air. [ Methods ] Samples were collected according to the Specifications of air sampling for hazardous substances monitoring in the workplace (GBZ 159-2004 }, and detected by wide bore capillary column flame-photometric gas chroma- tography. [ Results] The detection limit was 0.02μg/ml, the within-day precision was 1.29%, the inter-day precision was 3.84%, the recovery of standard addition was 104.9%, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. [ Conclusion]This is a sensitive, selective and simple method for the determination of yellow phosphorus in workplace air, and it is suitable for regular monitoring in workplace.
