健康教育在门诊骨髓穿刺患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨健康教育在门诊骨髓穿刺患者中应用的意义。方法将63例患者随机分为观察组32例,对照组31例。对照组采用一般宣教和对症护理;观察组采用护理程序实施整体护理。结果观察组中患者的疼痛程度、焦虑抑郁程度明显低于对照组,患者自我护理知识掌握情况优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在门诊骨髓穿刺患者中的应用,深刻体现了护理程序的内涵,并能达到提高护理质量、建立良好的护患关系目的。 [Objective] To study the value of application of health education in outpatients undergoing bone marrow aspiration. [ Methods] 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in the observation group and 31 cases in the control group. The control group was given the general education and routine nursing care, and the observation group received the holistic nursing care with care program. [ Results ] The degree of pain, anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the grasping status of self-care knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the differences were significant (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] The application of health education in outpatients undergoing bone marrow aspiration reflects the connotation of nursing care program, and can improve the nursing quality and establish a good nurse-patient relationship.
