摘要
目的:对长期受广东省大宝山矿区尾矿水污染的人群重金属内暴露水平进行评估。方法:采用按比例分层多级随机抽样方法,选择广东省翁源县高低暴露组居民共279名,电感耦合等离子质谱仪(induc-tively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定其全血中Cd、Pb、Cu等14种元素水平。结果:高、低暴露组全血中Cd、Pb、Zn、Mg、As和Mo暴露水平存在差异。另外,个别元素暴露水平存在性别差异。结论:经过近30年的暴露,大宝山矿区人群除Cd、Pb和Zn等重金属暴露情况较严重外,也受到Mg、As、Mo等元素污染,并可能对人群健康产生危害,本研究为今后健康效应研究奠定基础。
Objective:To assess the internal exposure levels of heavy metals in whole blood of local residents who have lived in Dabao Mountain for a long time.Methods: An inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was applied to determine 14 elements in whole blood of 279 residents.Results: The exposure levels of cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb),arsenium(As),magnesium(Mg),zincum(Zn),molybdenum(Mo) in the HEA were significantly elevated in comparison with the corresponding levels in the LEA population for both sexes,men and women.Otherwise,levels of some elements were varied between genders.Conclusion: In recent 30 years,the exposure levels of Cd,Pb,Zn,Mg,As and Mo were higher in population near Dabaoshan mine,which may harm the population health.This study can lay a foundation for further research on the health effect.
