摘要
目的:建立润肠通便茶中4种有机溶剂残留的分离测定方法。方法:采用顶空进样气相色谱-质谱法,应用HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(30×0.25 mm,0.25μm),柱温采取程序升温,初始温度40℃,保持5 min,再以30℃/min的速率升至200℃,保持3 min,测定润肠通便茶中乙酸乙酯、甲醇、氯仿、甲苯的残留量。结果:各有机溶剂均能得到有效分离,在所考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r为0.9919~0.9988,平均回收率为98%~100%。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于润肠通便茶中有机溶剂的检测。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of four residual solvents in RCTB tea.Methods:HP-INNOWAX capillary column(30×0.25 mm,0.25 μm) was used for sample injection.The initial temperature was set at 40℃ and kept for 5 min,then raised to 200℃ for 3 min at the rate of 30℃/min,finally the residues of ethyl acetate,methanol,chloroform and toluene in Run Chang Tong Bian tea were determined by gas chromatography.Results:Four residual solvents were completely separated and there were good linearities(r=0.9919-0.9988).The average recovery rate was in the range of 98%~100%.Conclusion: The methods proved to be accurate and sensitive,which can be used for detection of organic solvents in Run Chang Tong Bian tea.
