摘要
目的:建立乳制品中富马酸二甲酯的高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法:样品经乙腈超声提取后,以乙腈与0.03 mol/L乙酸钠-0.03 mol/L冰乙酸-0.008 mol/L四丁基溴化铵的水溶液(60∶40,V/V)为流动相,C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分离,220 nm检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果:富马酸二甲酯在0.50 mg/L~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),检出限为0.05 mg/kg,加标回收率为98.8%~106.8%,RSD≤3.4%。结论:该法快速、简单、准确,可用于乳制品中富马酸二甲酯的测定。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in dairy products.Methods: The dimethyl fumarate was extracted from sample with acetonitrile,then separated with a C18 column(4.6×250 mm,5 μm)and detected at 220 nm,using mixture of acetonitrile and 0.03 mol/L sodium acetate-0.03 mol/L acetic acid-0.008 mol/L TBAB(60+40) as mobile phase.Results: The method showed good linearity(r=0.9992) in the range of 0.50 mg/L~20.0 mg/L.The detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg,the recoveries were between 98.8%~106.8%,the RSDs were less than 3.4%.Conclusion: This method is fast,simple,accurate and can be used to detect dimethyl fumarate in dairy products.
