海洋生物果蔬去农残伴侣A、B液对大白菜中机氯农药六六六和DDT的降解效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究海洋生物果蔬去农残伴侣A、B对大白菜中六六六和DDT有机氯农药残留的降解效果。方法:用气相色谱仪测定用海洋生物果蔬去农残伴侣A、B处理大白菜前后农药六六六和DDT的残留量,并做对比实验,计算农药的降解率。结果:海洋生物果蔬去农残伴侣A、B对4种六六六农药和4种DDT农药有明显降解效果。结论:海洋生物果蔬去农残伴侣A、B可以用来降解蔬菜水果的有机氯类农药。 Objective:The study aimed to confirm the removal effect of detergent partner A,B on organochlorine pesticide residues in Chinese cabbages.Methods: Gas chromatography was applied to determine the residue levels of benzene hexachloride(BHC) and DDT before and after the use of marine organisms detergent partner A,B,then the results were compared to calculate the degradation rate.Results: The removal rate of detergent partner A,B on the residue of BHC and DDT in Chinese cabbage leaves was higher.Conclusion: Detergent partner A,B could remove BHC and DDT pesticide residues on the surface of Chinese cabbage leaves effectively,and it can be used as a vegetable cleaning agent for organochlorine pesticide residues.
