抗凝血酶Ⅲ和狼疮抗凝物联合检测在肺癌患者血液高凝状态中的意义

Significance of combination of antithrombin-3 and lupus anticoagulants complex in hypercoagulable state of lung cancer patients

目的:探讨抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-3)和狼疮抗凝物(LAC)联合检测对评价肺癌患者血液高凝状态的意义。方法:测定40例晚期肺癌患者、27例良性肺疾病患者和30例健康对照者血浆AT-3、LAC比值、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(DD)以及全血CRP、PLT、MPV和PDW水平,计算AT-3、LAC和二者联合阳性率。结果:肺癌组AT-3显著低于而LAC比值显著高于正常对照组和良性肺疾病组(P<0.01)。<60岁组和男性组AT-3水平分别显著高于>60岁组和女性组(P<0.01)。AT-3与FIB和MPV,LAC与CRP均呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。AT-3和LAC联合检测阳性率显著高于单项检测阳性率(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测AT-3和LAC对肺癌患者高凝状态的监测具有重要价值。

Objective：To evaluate the significance of combination of antithrombin-3 and lupus anticoagulants complex in hypercoagulable state of patients with lung cancer.Methods： Blood samples from 40 cases of terminal lung cancer patients without chemotherapy,27 benign lung disease patients and 30 healthy controls were determined for the levels of antithrombin-3（AT-3）,lupus anticoagulants complex（LAC） ratio,fibrinogen（FIB）,D-dimer（DD）,CRP,PLT,MPV and PDW.Positive rate of AT-3,LAC ratio and their combination were calculated.Results：Compared with benign lung disease group and control group,AT-3 level was significantly lower,but LAC ratio was notably higher in lung cancer group.In lung cancer patients under 60 years and male patients,AT-III level was higher than that in patients above 60 years and female patients.There was negative correlation between AT-3 and FIB or MPV,LAC ratio and CRP.Combined positive rate of AT-3 and LAC ratio was markedly higher than that of AT-3 or LAC ratio separately.Conclusion：There is important significance of combined determination of antithrombin-3 and lupus anticoagulants complex in hypercagulable state monitoring in patients with lung cancer.
