摘要
目的:探讨Sysmex UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪与BECKMAN COULTER Gen’s血球分析仪在胸腹水细胞计数检查中的应用,其结果能否为临床接受。方法:用显微镜镜检472例胸腹水标本,同时分别用Sysmex UF-1000i、BECKMAN COULTER Gen’s检测,记录结果并作统计学分析。结果:Sysmex UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜法比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);BECKMAN COULTERGen’s血球分析仪与显微镜法比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Sysmex UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪在检测胸腹水方面比BECKMAN COULTERGen’s血球分析仪更有临床应用价值,并可提高诊断速度,易于质量控制,具有一定可行性,但目前尚还不能完全取代显微镜法。
Objective:To explore the application of Sysmex UF-1000i automation urinary sediment analyzer and BECKMAN COULTER Gen’s corpuscle analyzer in hydrothorax and ascites cell count detection.Methods: Four hundred and seventy-two hydrothorax and ascites samples were detected using Sysmex UF-1000i automation urinary sediment analyzer and BECKMAN COULTER Gen’s corpuscle analyzer,and the results were analyzed and compared with those obtained by ordinary microscope.Results: There was a significant difference between BECKMAN COULTER Gen’s corpuscle analyzer and Microscope(P0.05),but no difference between Sysmex UF-1000i automation urinary sediment analyzer and Microscope(P0.05).Conclusion: Compared with BECKMAN COULTER Gen’s corpuscle analyzer,the Sysmex UF-1000i automation urinary sediment analyzer has more clinical application value in hydrothorax and ascites cell counting,but it can not completely substitute the Microscopy.
