Evaluation of performance of sysmex UF-1000i urine formed elements analyzer

摘要 目的:评价Sysmex UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪的检测性能。方法:分别检测WBC、RBC、上皮细胞(EC)、管型(CAST)及细菌(BACT)等参数的精密度、线性范围和携带污染率。应用Fuchs-Rosenthal计数板和UF-1000i分别对200例尿液样本WBC、RBC、EC、CAST进行定量计数并进行相关和线性回归分析。结果:WBC、RBC、EC、CAST和BACT的批内精密度、批间精密度、线性范围和携带污染率均在仪器要求范围内。应用Pearson相关分析,UF-1000i与定量显微镜计数检测WBC、RBC、EC、CAST的相关系数(r)分别为0.997、0.997、0.949、0.734。应用线性回归分析,UF-1000i与定量显微镜计数检测WBC、RBC、EC、CAST的决定系数(R2)分别为0.994、0.994、0.900、0.553。结论:Sysmex UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪各项性能均符合仪器要求范围,并能较为准确定量WBC、RBC和EC,可作为尿液有形成分分析筛查工具。 Objective:To evaluate the performance of Sysmex UF-1000i urine formed elements analyzer.Methods: A total of 200 urine samples were collected to test the precision,linear range and contamination rate of white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC),epithelial cells(EC),CAST and bacteria(BACT) by UF-1000i analyzer.The microscopic count was carried out by Fuchs-Rosenthal counting plate.The results of WBC,RBC,EC and CAST were analyzed with pearson statistics and linear regression analysis.Results: Precision,linearity and contamination rate of WBC,RBC,EC,CAST and BACT were all in the allowable range supplied by factory authorities.Pearson correlation analysis showed the correlation coefficients of UF-1000i test and quantitative microscopy test were 0.997 for WBC and RBC,0.949 for EC and 0.734 for CAST.The linear regression analysis showed the determination coefficients of UF-1000i test and quantitative microscopy test were 0.994 for WBC and RBC,0.900 for EC and 0.553 for CAST.Conclusion: The performance of UF-1000i urine formed elements analyzer is satisfied.UF-1000i can provide precise results of WBC,RBC and EC,concordance with the reference method,and may be a screening tool for urine formed elements.
