摘要
目的:了解浙江省健康人群抗脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体水平。方法:浙江省10个市对8个年龄组健康人群采集静脉血4584份,用酶联免疫吸附法测定A和C群Nm多糖抗体(IgG),抗体含量≥2μg/ml为保护水平。结果:4584份血清中,A群IgG抗体≥2μg/ml者3388份,保护率73.91%;C群IgG抗体≥2μg/ml者2322份,保护率50.65%。不同年龄组人群Nm多糖抗体水平差别有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。不同地区人群Nm多糖抗体水平差别也有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论:浙江省健康人群A群抗体处于75%的临界水平,C群抗体处于相对低水平。我省A群发生大流行的可能性不大;C群一旦有传染源传入易引起局部暴发流行。建议继续加强A+C群MPV的接种。
Objective:To survey the level of the antibodies against neisseria meningitides in healthy people in Zhejiang province.Methods: Four thousand,five hundred and eighty-four blood samples were collected from the healthy people distributed in 8 age groups of 10 cities.The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the antibodies(IgG) against meningococcal polysaccharide of group A and C.It was considered to be protective,when the amount of the IgG was more than 2 μg/ml.Results: The antibodies(IgG) in 3388 samples showed protective against the groupA,protective ratio was 73.91%(3388/4584).The antibodies(IgG) in 2322 samples showed protective against the group C,protective ratio was 50.65%(2322/4584).The level of the antibodies against Neisseria meningitides(Nm) was significantly different among different age groups(P0.01).There were significant differences of protective ratios against group A and C in different areas(P0.01).Conclusion: In Zhejiang province,the protective ratios against Neisseria meningitides(Nm) group A in healthy people were near the critical value(75%).However,the protective ratios against Nm group C were lower than that of group A.The possibility of the outbreak of Nm group A infections in Zhejiang is low.But if the Nm group C imported,it could be easy to cause local outbreak.It is suggested the immunization of the vaccine to(A+C) group of Nm should be improved.
