微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效观察

Observation on clinical therapeutic effect of microvascular decompression on trigeminal neuralgiaed

目的探讨微血管减压术(MVD)治疗三叉神经痛(TN)的临床效果。方法回顾总结和分析33例TN患者的临床资料。结果 33例患者中找到责任血管32例(96.97%),未见明确责任血管1例(3.03%),优良率为96.97%,无手术死亡、致残病例和无严重并发症。随访时间为3～24个月,无1例复发。结论 MVD治疗TN可有效提高治愈率,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of the microvascular decompression on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with TN was reviewed and analyzed. Results 32 cases were found out the responsibility blood vessel in 33 patients, it was 96.97% , 1 case was no seeing definitude responsibility blood vessel（ 3.03% ） , the excellent rate was 96.97%, no death and crippling patient, and no serious complication, followed - up for three to twenty - four months, no case recrudesced again. Conclusions The microvascular decompression on trigeminal neuralgia can improve the recovery rate, reduce the complication.
