目前医学高职院校学生的学习现状及关键对策

Current learning status and countermeasures for medical students in vocational colleges

目的探讨提高目前医学高职院校中学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性的关键要点。方法通过具体事实,分析目前医学高职学生在学习上的种种不良现状及其心理成因,寻求相应的促进其奋发学习的教育教学关键对策。结果可以从师生关系、教学趣味性、表扬与鼓励、督促与批评等四个方面,着手矫正上述不良现状,找到现代医学高职院校中学生教育教学管理的有效对策,建立起学生中良好的学习氛围。结论上述措施,对调动现阶段高职医学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性,提高其学习素质及学习能力,帮助其道德品质和行为模式的完善,均是很有意义的。

Objective To investigate the key points of improving the current medical colleges secondary school students＂ interest and enthusiasm in learning. Methods By specific facts, analysis of the medical vocational high school students in learning all sorts of undesirable status quo and its psychological causes, and to promote its energetic learning education teaching critical countermeasures. Results From the teacher - student relationship, teaching of interesting, praise and encouragement, supervision and criticism, we proceeded with the correction of the above - mentioned undesirable status quo, to find effective countermeasures of modern medicine students in vocational colleges teaching management, establish a good learning students atmosphere. Conclusions All the above measures will mobilize the current vocational medical students＂ interest and enthusiasm in learning, will improve the quality of learning and the ability to learn, to help the improvement of moral character and behavior patterns, which has great significance.
