摘要
目的在ICU病人家属探视过程中导入细节管理。方法采用前后对照的方法,将197例病人分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规的探视流程,观察组在探视过程中导入细节管理,评价两组病人及家属对护士服务态度、护理质量、患方需求的满足情况。结果观察组的患方满意度明显优于对照组。结论细节管理在ICU探视过程中发挥着重要的作用,在探视过程中必须注重细节管理。
Objective To implement details management in [CU visitation process. Methods With the method of before - after control, 197 patients were divided into observation group and the control group, the control group used conventional visitation process, the observation group combined conventional methods with detail management, and then compared the satisfaction of patients and their families in service attitude, quality of nursing care and patient demand between the two groups. Results The patient satisfaction of observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusions Detail management plays an important role in ICU visitation process, therefore, great attention must be paid in ICU visitation process.
