摘要
:从图像传输的角度介绍了两种超低位速率图像编码方法 ,并以其目前典型应用———头肩图像的传输为例阐述了编码压缩的过程 ,对其应用前景作了介绍。
From the point of video transmission, the paper presents two methods of very low bitrate image coding and describes a image compress coding procedure in an application of head shoulders video transmission. Also it makes a vision of future application perspective in the end.
