低温SCR脱硝催化剂研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 低温SCR脱硝催化剂由于具有活性温度低,使用寿命长等诸多优点,近些年已成为国内外脱硝技术研发的重点。研究结果表明,低温SCR脱硝催化剂的活性不仅与催化剂组分种类、比例相关,还与催化剂的结构、制备方法等多种因素相关,目前所研发的低温SCR脱硝催化剂活性已达到或超过火力发电企业烟气脱硝对催化剂活性的要求。从低温SCR脱硝催化剂种类,低温SCR脱硝反应机理等方面详细介绍了当前低温SCR脱硝催化剂的研究进展,为进一步研发和完善高性能低温SCR脱硝催化剂提供参考信息。 In recent years,Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) of NO by NH3 at low temperatures has received much attention because of the longer life of catalysts used and lower investment for the control of NO emission. The research results indicate that the activity of catalysts is related to not only the composition but also the struc- ture and preparation method. The activity of low - temperature SCR catalysts is sufficient for the use of cata- lysts. The present work aims to present the research process of low - temperature SCR catalysts, in order to give information for the further research of low - temperature SCR catalysts.
