Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA溶液络合吸收燃煤烟气NO性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 引入江苏某热电厂燃煤烟气,以Na2EDTA和FeSO4为前驱体制备了Fe(II)EDTA溶液,考察了络合液浓度、pH值、烟气含氧量、SO23-等因素对吸收性能的影响。研究发现,NO的脱除效率随着浓度的提高而增加,当浓度高于15mmol/L时,增加幅度有所降低。Fe(II)EDTA络合性能随着pH值增高而增加,随着烟气含氧量降低而提高。SO23-的存在有利于提高并延长Fe(II)EDTA络合效果。红外光谱表明,Na2EDTA中的羧基与Fe(II)发生了配位。XPS检测到Fe(II)EDTA中的Fe主要以Fe2+形式存在,证试了Fe2+对络合起着关键作用。 The Fe (Ⅱ) EDTA aqueous solution was obtained by using Na, EDTA and FeSO2 as precursors. The influence of concentration of metal chelation solution,pH values,the concentration of O, in the flue gas supplied by some thermal power plant in Jiangsu,and the concentration of SO2-3, on the adsorption performance were in- vestigated. The results indicated that the removal ratio improved with the increase of bulk concentration. Howev- er,when the concentration exceeded 15 mmol/L,the increase rate reduced. It was found that the chelation ability enhanced with the increase of pH values as well as the decrease of oxygen concentration in the flue gas. The SO2-3 in the solution was beneficial to improve and extend the adsorption capacity of Fe (Ⅱ) EDTA. According to the FI- IR,the carboxyl in Na2EDTA coordinated with Fe(Ⅱ). XPS showed that Fe-2+ was the main valence of Fe in Fe(Ⅱ) EDTA. And the existence of Fe2 + in the Fe(Ⅱ) EDTA was pivotal for the complexation.
