摘要
微细颗粒物尤其是PM2.5对人和自然环境的危害日益严重,受到社会的广泛关注。常规静电除尘器对PM2.5粒子的去除效果不理想,双极微粒聚合器可有效减少此类粉尘的排放。通过模拟实际工况条件,建立试验平台,对该聚合器进行了大量试验研究。结果表明:双极电晕荷电能使粉尘聚合效果明显增大,聚合器投运后PM2.5质量浓度下降15.9%,数量浓度下降20.8%,实现了电除尘器的提效和减排。
Fine particles especially the hazards of PM2.5 on human and natural environment is increasingly seri- ous ,which is widely concerned all over the world. While the collection efficiency of conventional electrostatic pre- cipitator on PM.2.5 is not ideal,the bipolar - charged fluid mixing agglomerator can reduce the emission of PM2.5 effectively. By simulating the actual working conditions and establish the test platform,a number of experimental study on this aggregator has carried out. Experimental results were obtained as follow:Bipolar corona charge can significantly increased dust aggregation effect;when the agglomerator put into operation,the mass concen- tration of PM:~ decreased by 15.9% ,the number concentration decreased by 20.8%. The results show that the agglomerator has realized high efficiency and low emission of electrostatic precipitator.
