摘要 针对GGH结垢难题,在大量工程案例的基础上,创造性提出GGH不停运清洗阻垢解决方案,并为此从药剂配方到工艺及装置进行了全方位深入研究,主要包括药剂的复配选型、新工艺的研究、经费预算,比较详细地阐述了该工艺方案实施的可行性,同时通过某电厂案例进行了经济对比分析,进一步说明该新工艺方案是彻底解决GGH结垢问题经济且可行的先进技术。 Combining our own experience and research,it offered a new method,on -line cleaning and scale in- hibition of GGH without intermission,to solve GGH scaling problem based on a large of project cases success- fully. The formula of cleaning agents,the selection principle of formula including the safety, practicality and econ- omy of cleaning agents and the cleaning mechanism of agents are fully and deeply studied. The operating budg- ets of on - line cleaning technology with intermission and without intermission are compared in detail. The on - line cleaning and scale inhibition technology without thorouahlv .solve. the. nrnhlp ntermission is a new economically feasible technology tothoroughly solve the problem of GGH scaling and will have a good application foreground.
