选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂与缺血性脑卒中相关性的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)的研制主要基于对5-羟色胺(5-HT)功能的研究,是当前治疗抑郁症的一线药物。许多研究表明SSRI能影响脑卒中的发生和复发,促进脑卒中后的运动功能恢复,对缺血性脑卒中后的认知功能恢复以及脑卒中死亡率都有一定的影响。这些SSRI与缺血性脑卒中相关性的研究可能会影响到将来的治疗。
